Traynor Jennings III, alongside his wife Jessica Brown, is the co-creator of Believe In Your Spouse, a platform built around encouragement, faith, and supporting the person you love—especially in demanding careers like real estate. Traynor is widely recognized as The Irish Train (#IrishTrain), the unofficial Notre Dame Leprechaun known for his green suit, bow tie, and energetic presence at games and community events. Outside of football, Traynor plays a hands-on role supporting his wife, a high-producing realtor, by helping with real estate signs, lockboxes, logistics, marketing ideas, and daily motivation. He believes the success of a great real estate agent is often strengthened by a supportive spouse working quietly behind the scenes. When someone once suggested Jessica could be more supportive by dressing as a Leprechaun herself, she famously replied, “I think I’m supportive enough by sitting next to him while he dresses as one.”That moment perfectly captured the heart of Believe In Your Spouse.
